Ughhhhh I thought it would be an interesting trait because most people write their characters like "an asshole, but incredibly steadfast and loyal once you're their friend," so I wanted to try making Sy be "an asshole, and not even one you can count on even if he loves you fiercely." But in execution it mostly involves me going "no no no no don't do this" as I write my shithead character being IC :/

this works for his arc tho since i think if he gets scouted, he's going to tell rosy he's turning it down. the guilt would kill him
