Jeffy has never made a responsible and prudent decision in his life when fun was on the line, and also he hadn't been born yet for sledding last year so he didn't get to experience that joy, he has to go and enjoy himself.

The number of times Riley has busted herself tf up and not learned her lesson makes me worry for the future of Azurcrest and also Reece's blood pressure.
I was VERY PROUD of getting most of my Christmas shopping together this last weekend and thought I had time to figure out something for my nieces, then my mailman husband told me that I should make sure I get them in the mail by THIS WEEKEND, but he has Friday and Saturday off this week which means I need to get him to take it to work THURSDAY so I need to have everything together by WEDNESDAY and...... my nieces aren't going to notice that I didn't get them anything it's fine, they have several sets of grandparents to spoil them.
This is a lot of words to say real people shopping is hard and i want to go back to fake shopping where I don't have to worry about shipping speeds.

OH MY GOSH what i mostly got from that is... shit it's already the 12th i should not get complacent about shipping but also thank goodness because all the people i have to give gifts to are here. but also i'm the worst aunt and my nieces have figured out that if they con me into taking them to the mall i buy them a bunch of stuff and forget that CHRISTMAS IS A COUPLE WEEKS AWAY. sigh. i need to find some lumps of coal.
buying for fictional people is also better because i look at a thing and go "LOL I DON'T HAVE TO TELL THEM THIS ACTUALLY COSTS 500 DOLLARS!!!"
i should get my nieces chocolate that looks like lumps of coal or something, they're like 11 and 14, i can't keep up with what they like but everyone loves candy.
I get so embarrassed when shopping for rosy because I refuse to choose anything that doesn't look like it could reasonably cost a ridiculous amount of money, like someone's going to Google it and go "wow way to cheap out there Stoker." this is why Riley is the fun one to shop for.

When they were much younger I would just get them loud toys i figured they'd break by the time Christmas break was over and would hopefully annoy my sister, but now i go "is... iTunes a thing you kids care about or do you just steal all your music"
